Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all jewelry tags and Petoskey stone certifications are included.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
